Typically, average referral fees are around 25% of the outside agent’s commission. For instance, with a 25% referral fee on a $400,000 property sale where the commission is 3% ($12,000), Double V Real Estate LLC would receive $3,000. Depending on your selected plan, you would keep 80-90% of this amount, resulting in $2,400-$2,700 for the referral.

Double V Real Estate LLC charges an annual fee of $300. Additionally, we offer a higher commission program for those who are volume referral agents at $500 annually. When the transaction you referred closes, Double V Real Estate LLC will collect the referral commission from the outside agent’s brokerage and send you your share (depending on your plan). To receive your payment, you will need to submit a W9 form, which is available for download in your Agent Dashboard.
