You must provide your license number during the registration process. It's essential to maintain an active real estate license while you are a referring agent with Double V Real Estate LLC. Can I be a referring agent if I live outside of Arizona?

Yes, you can be a referring agent with Double V Real Estate LLC from any location! However, you must keep your real estate license active in at least one state within the United States. Refer to your local real estate department for details on maintaining your license.

Can I have another career while being a referring agent?

Absolutely! As long as your Arizona real estate license remains active, you can hold another part-time or full-time job and still earn additional income through our referral program. This program is ideal for individuals balancing multiple careers.

How much can I earn from a referral?

When you refer a lead via Double V Real Estate LLC, that referral is assigned to one of our Full-Time In-House Real Estate Specialists. Typically, average referral fees are around 25% of the outside agent’s commission. For instance, with a 25% referral fee on a $400,000 property sale where the commission is 3% ($12,000), Double V Real Estate LLC would receive $3,000. Depending on your selected plan, you would keep 80-90% of this amount, resulting in $2,400-$2,700 for the referral.

What are the costs associated with being a Double V Real Estate LLC referring agent?

Double V Real Estate LLC charges an annual fee of $300. Additionally, we offer a higher commission program for those who are volume referral agents at $500 annually.  Is continuing education required?

While Double V Real Estate LLC does not require continuing education for participation in the referral program, you must meet any continuing education requirements to keep your Arizona real estate license active. Check the ADRE website for details.

Who can I refer?

You can refer buyers and sellers to any licensed agent of your choice, in any state, for all types of real estate transactions, including commercial and new construction. You can even refer yourself if you are personally buying or selling a property, allowing you to earn a commission on your own transaction.

How do I place a referral through Double V Real Estate LLC?

After joining our program, you can submit referrals through our Agent Dashboard by clicking "I Have a Referral." Choose the outside agent you wish to refer the lead to or add a new agent to our database, then provide the buyer or seller information. We will handle the rest, including generating and sending the referral form to the outside agent for signature.

How do I track my referrals?

Once your referral form is generated, you will receive periodic email updates on its progress. You can also check the status of your referrals at any time through the Agent Dashboard under "My Referrals."

How do I receive payment for my referrals?

When the transaction you referred closes, Double V Real Estate LLC will collect the referral commission from the outside agent’s brokerage and send you your share (depending on your plan). To receive your payment, you will need to submit a W9 form, which is available for download in your Agent Dashboard.

Can I still list properties or represent buyers as a referring agent?

NO. As a referring agent with Double V Real Estate LLC, you are not eligible to list properties, represent buyers, or participate in negotiations. Your license with Double V Real Estate LLC is exclusively for referrals.
